In Cosmic Accretion you take control of a meteorite launcher stationed at the edge of a solar system. Your mission is simple yet hypnotic: fire rocks, ice, gas, metal, and organic matter at the orbiting planets and moons, feeding them until they grow large enough to reshape the fate of the entire system.

Every impact matters. Planets grow visually with each hit, shifting color based on accumulated composition, developing polar ice caps, green organic continents, and ring systems once they reach enough mass. Moons orbit their parent planets and can also grow until they merge with each other or get pulled in and absorbed.

But the system is anything but static. When a planet becomes large enough, it can swallow neighboring planets, stealing their moons and mass. The sun itself grows with every meteorite that falls into it, and if it becomes massive enough, it will start devouring the closest planets, triggering an unstoppable chain reaction.

An incremental progression loop rewards you with Cosmic Dust on every impact, which you spend to unlock new meteorite types, upgrade fire rate, increase the dust multiplier, fire in bursts, or activate the auto-launcher, which automatically targets the lightest planet.

The entire game is rendered with pure code — no external sprites — achieving a minimalist, spacial aesthetic where every planet feels unique and alive.
